Animation production for businesses — from ₪1,600, managed by Artur from script to YouTube.
Hi — I'm Artur Kalandarov, video producer. Your first question is going to be "are you the animator?" — no, and I don't pretend to be one. The animation itself is done by a freelancer I've worked with for 8 years; he's better with his hands than I'll ever be. What I do is write the script (which is 70% of why a video works), lock the storyboard, manage the animator day-to-day, and do the YouTube SEO that gets the video onto page one. Same pipeline runs a 30-second 2D explainer from ₪1,600, a cinematic AI ad with Sora 2 and Veo 3, and a multilingual HeyGen avatar speaking in 30 languages. You talk to me. One number, start to finish.
A 90-second video does what 2,000 words of copy can't.
Animation solves three problems that copy and photography can't. First, it shows things that don't physically exist — software workflows, financial mechanics, technical processes nobody can photograph. Second, it holds attention; a 90-second video gets 80%+ completion when the same content in text would have been bounced at the second paragraph. Third, one production becomes a dozen assets — homepage, sales calls, LinkedIn, YouTube, trade-show booth, paid ads, Reels — all from one quote.
For Israeli businesses targeting an English-speaking audience — whether American customers or international investors — a polished English-language explainer signals seriousness in a way a homepage cannot. I produce the English and the Hebrew version of every project together, so the same animation feeds both audiences and the price covers both languages, not just one.
Every video here is built to feed your SEO too. Published on YouTube with optimized title, description, and tags. Embedded on your site with VideoObject schema. Distributed across social with the right aspect ratios. The goal isn't "have a video" — it's have a video that brings traffic, builds backlinks, and ranks both on YouTube and in Google search.
Seven styles. One producer.

Custom 2D animation with characters, illustrations, and motion design. Works best when you have to explain a product, a service, or a process to a prospect in under two minutes — and a wall of text won't cut it.
Best for: SaaS, fintech, healthcare, B2B services
Get a quoteMotion graphics
From ₪2,800
15-90 seconds
Pure motion design — typography, shapes, data viz, brand graphics. No characters. The format that consistently outperforms on Reels and LinkedIn ads, because the message lands in the first three seconds.
Best for: Social ads, product launches, recap reels
Get a quoteCharacter animation
From ₪5,800
60-180 seconds
Fully rigged 2D characters with personality and lip-sync. Pick this when you want a memorable mascot or a recurring spokesperson — a face the audience starts to recognize across six videos, not just one.
Best for: Brand mascots, kids content, storytelling
Get a quoteWhiteboard
From ₪3,200
90-180 seconds
Hand-drawn whiteboard style — illustrations appearing as if drawn in real time under a marker. Disarmingly simple, and the highest-converting format for educational and finance content.
Best for: Education, finance, professional services
Get a quoteKinetic typography
From ₪2,200
15-60 seconds
Animated text synced to a voiceover or to a music track. The fastest, cheapest production format I run — best fit for quote videos, testimonials in text form, and short paid ads.
Best for: Quotes, testimonials, short social ads
Get a quote3D animation
From ₪9,800
30-120 seconds
Full 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation. For product visualization, architectural walkthroughs, and the high-end brand films where 2D would look thin.
Best for: Product showcases, architecture, hi-tech
Get a quoteAI animation
From ₪1,600
15-90 seconds
Sora 2, Veo 3, Runway Gen-4, Kling, and Luma combined with hand animation in After Effects. I use AI for generic background scenes a viewer won't look at twice; the hero character stays hand-animated. Cuts 30-50% off a comparable traditional production.
Best for: Startups, fast launches, multi-language ads
Get a quoteFrom brief to delivery in 7-14 business days.
Same five steps every project. Two revision rounds included. Source files delivered on completion — no DRM, no asset rental.
- 1
Brief & script
20-minute discovery call on WhatsApp video. I write a 30-90 second script and read it aloud — if it doesn't fit the runtime when read at normal speed, it gets cut. You mark changes in Google Docs, we lock the script.
- 2
Storyboard
Frame-by-frame visual plan showing every scene, character, camera move, and transition. Two revision rounds before animation begins — because changing a frame here costs me two hours; changing it after animation costs four days.
- 3
Voiceover
Professional voice in English or Hebrew, or both. I cast from a roster of 30+ voices for human delivery, or generate with ElevenLabs / OpenAI when the language and budget call for it. You pick the voice from a 5-sample shortlist.
- 4
Animation
Production runs in After Effects and Adobe Animate. All source files stay yours — no offshore subcontracting, no DRM, no asset rental. AE projects, Illustrator art, and voiceover stems all delivered on completion.
- 5
Review & deliver
Two revision rounds included. Final delivery in MP4 (H.264 + H.265), square 1:1 for Instagram feed, vertical 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, plus captions and source files in one Google Drive folder.
Pick the format that fits the campaign
Each animation type has its own page with detailed pricing, process notes, and the FAQs I get most often for that style.

Frequently asked
What does an animation video cost in Israel?
Wide range. Stock-asset videos run ₪500-1,000 and look it. Custom 2D explainers sit in ₪1,600-7,000. High-end 3D and character animation runs ₪8,000-25,000+. My pricing starts at ₪1,600 for a 30-second 2D explainer and goes to ₪9,800+ for 3D. The biggest cost drivers are duration and complexity — not which studio name is on the invoice.
How long does it take?
2D explainer: 7-10 business days for 30 seconds, 12-18 days for 60-90 seconds. Motion graphics: 5-10 days. Character animation: 5-6 weeks. 3D: 6-10 weeks. AI-assisted production cuts those by about 40%. Tight deadline? Add a 30% rush fee and I compress to 50-60% of the normal timeline.
Are you the animator?
No — and I don't pretend to be one. I'm Artur Kalandarov, video producer. The animation itself is done by a freelancer I've worked with for 8 years — he's better with his hands than I'll ever be. What I do: write the script (which is 70% of why a video works), lock the storyboard, manage the animator day-to-day on WhatsApp, sync the voiceover, and do the YouTube SEO that gets the video onto page one of Google. You talk to me. No project manager in the middle, no salesperson handing your file off to an editor.
Can you write the script and storyboard, or do I bring my own?
Both. Most clients arrive with a rough idea and I write the script — included, not billed separately. If you bring a polished script, I review it and suggest changes, and the time saved comes off the quote. Storyboard is always mine to build, because it's the technical bridge between script and animation.
Hebrew, English, or both?
Both, delivered together at no extra cost. Same animation, two voiceovers, two subtitle files. Many Israeli clients run the English version on LinkedIn for international prospects and the Hebrew version on Facebook and local social. Extra languages (Russian, French, Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin) — ₪600-₪1,200 per language with AI dubbing, or ₪2,000-₪3,500 with a native human voice.
Which AI tools do you actually use?
In 2026: Sora 2 for photoreal complex scenes, Veo 3 for longer continuity between shots, Kling 2 for fast clips at high quality, Runway Gen-4 for editing and scene extension, Luma for mood and atmosphere, HeyGen for talking-head AI avatars, ElevenLabs for voice cloning and dubbing. Average project blends three to five of those. The rule: AI for background scenes the viewer won't look at twice; human animator for the hero character that has to carry emotion in a 1.2-second beat.
Do you do live-action and animation in the same video?
Yes — hybrid videos are a third of my work. Live footage of your office, team, or product, combined with animated overlays that label features, show data, or replace a chunk of dialogue. Live action is covered on the Promotional Videos page; on hybrid projects the two budgets get combined into one quote, not stacked.
Where will the video be used?
Tell me up front — YouTube, LinkedIn, Reels, TikTok, Facebook ads, a sales deck, internal training. I deliver in the right aspect ratios and lengths for each platform from the same production. Default deliverables include 16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 for Instagram feed, and 9:16 for Reels and TikTok — at no extra cost.
Will the video help my SEO?
Yes — if it's distributed correctly. I publish to your YouTube channel with an SEO-optimized title, 600-1,000 word description, 15 tags, and a full transcript. I embed the video on the right page of your site with VideoObject schema markup. That combination is what puts video into Google search results and pushes the page itself up in rankings — not just "having a video on the homepage."
Got a video idea?
Tell me what you want the video to do — sell a product, explain a service, train a team. I'll tell you the right style, send a fixed price in NIS, and deliver in 7-14 business days for 2D, 5-6 weeks for 3D.
