A portfolio that takes the client 60 seconds to decide on you
A project gallery on an architect's site — the client sees 8 images with no context and moves to a competitor. A 60-90 second cinematic portfolio with virtual fly-throughs in Sora 2 around the buildings, dramatic before/after transitions, and voiceover highlighting square meterage and timelines: attached to quotes, returning ROI from one project.
5-12 projects in 90 seconds, no drone needed
- ✓ A client looking at video of a past project stays 5x longer than on a photo.
- ✓ Sets you apart from competitors using static project galleries.
- ✓ Attached to proposals — speeds up the close.
- ✓ Fits LinkedIn, the website, and pitches to property developers.
A cinematic construction portfolio film is a 60-90 second piece that turns your project photos into a cinematic sequence with virtual fly-throughs, dramatic before/after transitions, and a professional voiceover highlighting key project metrics: square meterage, timelines, materials, scale. The format fits general contractors, architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and renovation specialists. The piece runs on the website, attaches to quote PDFs, and gets sent in cold outreach to property developers.
I produce in Sora 2 for the virtual fly-throughs over and around the buildings, Seedance 2.0 for product shots inside (kitchens, bathrooms, custom furniture), and Runway for the transitions between projects. The before/after format uses morphing transitions: the empty plot becomes the finished building in a single continuous shot, no hard cut. That visual storytelling is what makes the portfolio land. Voiceover via ElevenLabs in a confident Hebrew voice highlights the project metrics that close prospects: 280 sqm, 14-month timeline, on-budget, on-spec.
You receive a long master for the website and proposal attachments, a 30-second cut for LinkedIn, and a 15-second cut per project for Stories and Reels. If your portfolio grows, additional projects integrate into existing footage at a reduced rate. The cinematic style is already locked in.

Project metrics in voiceover
Square meterage, timeline, materials — the numbers that close the prospect.
Proposal-attachment ready
The 30-second cut attaches to quote PDFs and shifts the close rate measurably.

FAQ
Do I need drone footage of the buildings?
No. The fly-throughs are produced in Sora 2 from your standard project photography. The result reads as drone footage even though no drone flew.
How do you handle the before/after?
You send me a "before" photo of the empty plot or the previous structure, and an "after" photo of the finished project. Runway and Kling 2 build a morphing transition that reads as one continuous shot.
Can additional projects be added later?
Yes. Once the cinematic style is locked in, adding new projects runs at roughly 30% of the original per-project cost. Most clients refresh the portfolio every 6-12 months.
