FAQ

Why three pricing tiers?

Different needs require different production budgets. A quick internal training video does not need the same investment as a homepage hero - and you should not pay the same. Basic, Standard, Premium lets you pick what fits the goal.

Are these prices final?

They cover 90% of standard projects. Anything custom (very specific characters, branded mascots, complex 3D modeling) gets quoted separately. We never give you a range and then quote double - all extras are listed upfront.

Do prices include VAT?

No - all prices ex-VAT. We bill via Shivuknet, you reclaim VAT through your accountant per standard procedure.

Bulk discount for multiple videos?

Yes - 10% off when ordering 3+ videos in the same project, 15% off for 6+, 20% off for 12+ on a yearly contract. Keeps production costs down for both sides.

What is included in "rounds of revisions"?

Each round = a list of changes (text, timing, color, layout) submitted in writing. Full re-do of an animation scene counts as a new direction, which is its own round. We define this precisely in the project agreement.

Can you beat a quote from another agency?

No - we will not race to the bottom. If another agency is significantly cheaper, ask them: who animates, who writes, who voices, where do source files end up, who owns the rights. The cheap quote almost always loses 2-3 of those.
