A plate that looks like Eyal Shani served it — without booking the kitchen

Dish video shot by an amateur at the table never moves the needle. A cinematic plate-reveal shot (steam rising, light catching the sauce, slow pull-out to the full table) pulls a reservation in 8 seconds. I produce in Seedance 2.0 from photos of your real dishes, no kitchen shutdown required.

Why this works

Why amateur food video kills reservations

A cinematic restaurant and food video is a 15-30 second piece per dish that turns your menu into a moving asset. Instead of a phone-shot plate at the table, I produce slow camera moves around the dish, light that catches the sauce, steam rising on cue, and a clean pull-out to the full table setting. Seedance 2.0 handles the dish itself because it gives the best control over a specific physical item, with Sora 2 for the surrounding ambiance and Runway for the edit pacing.

I work from your existing dish photography. You send 4-6 high-quality images per plate, and I produce the cinematic motion around it. The format fits boutique restaurants, chef-driven concepts, hotel kitchens, catering operations, and delivery brands. For a full menu (say 12 dishes) the batch pricing kicks in: the styling and grade are built once, then reused across every dish, dropping the per-dish cost meaningfully.

Delivery: each dish ships as a 15-second vertical cut for Stories and Reels, a 30-second horizontal for the website and Facebook, and a still frame set for the menu, the printed marketing, and the delivery-app product pages. The same dish video can run for months. Food does not date the way fashion does.

Common questions

FAQ

Can the dish video look photoreal?

Yes. Seedance 2.0 produces photoreal food at quality where the viewer cannot tell. The styling work is what determines if it reads as cinematic or generic — that is on me.

What if my dish photography is from a phone?

It still works, but the output ceiling is lower. For best results I recommend at least one round of professional dish photography upfront — a few hundred shekels at a food photographer.

Will the same video work on the delivery apps?

Yes. Wolt and Tenbis both accept video on product pages now. The 15-second vertical cut works well there.
