The full transformation — without the hard cut that gives the ad away
A hard cut between "before" and "after" tells the viewer this is an ad and they scroll. A morphing transition that flows through motion keeps them watching. I build it in Runway and Kling 2, sync it to the music, and ship a website version and a vertical Reels cut.
Same result, without the cut that says "this is an ad"
- ✓ Visual proof — stronger than any written testimonial.
- ✓ Smooth transition instead of a cut reads as magic, not as advertising.
- ✓ Fits performance campaigns, landing pages, and Stories.
- ✓ Lets you talk about results without sounding boastful — the visual carries it.
A cinematic before/after is a 15-30 second piece that shows a dramatic change (a room renovation, a weight-loss journey, a brand rebrand, a packaging update, a website redesign) using a visual transition that does not read as a cut. The format fits contractors, interior designers, fitness and nutrition coaches, graphic designers, branding agencies, dental and aesthetic clinics, and any field where the result is the main selling point. When the transition needs a dramatic camera move between the two states, I produce in Seedance 2.0 alongside Runway and Kling 2 — three models that can render the same transition moment in multiple variations until the eye believes the camera never stopped moving. The viewer sees the familiar "before", the camera moves through a space or an object, and the "after" appears as if it had always been there.
The smooth transition is mostly Runway and Kling 2. Runway handles morphing between two static images and continuous motion between two clips. Kling 2 adds slow camera moves that pass between the two states. Pika 2 handles fast, punchy transitions for Stories. You send me images or short clips of the "before" and "after" (even shot in different angles and lighting) and I build transitions that make the eye believe the camera never stopped moving.
You receive a 15-20 second cut for the website and product page, a 9-second version for Stories with a clear closing CTA, and a 30-second extended cut for the case study page. Music and effects sync the transitions, so the visual feels rhythmic. If you have several different before/after cases, I can build a series at a reduced rate per piece. The same styling carries through, and the case-study library reads as one piece of brand work.

FAQ
The before and after were shot in different lighting — will the transition still work?
Yes. Runway and Kling 2 normalize the lighting during the transition. As long as the framing is roughly similar, the morph reads clean.
Can I supply just photos, not video?
Yes. Photos work — the transition is built from stills. The result reads as a camera move between them.
How long does production take?
7-12 working days for one case. A series of 3-5 ships in 14-21 days because the styling is reused.
