Fitness Reels that produce leads — not just likes

A fitness trainer promo Reel is a 15-45 second vertical brand video built for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Reels, designed to drive the viewer to click the link or DM for a trial session. Unlike a regular photo post, a Reel combines motion, music, and fast cutting that conveys energy and professionalism. A fitness Reel must deliver a result in the first 3 seconds, or the viewer scrolls past.

I build the package as a series. Each Reel is focused on a single subject: a specific exercise, a common mistake, a member success story, or an opinion that drives engagement. Motion is enhanced in Veo 3 to get clean slow-motion on details that cannot be filmed conventionally — a cloud of sweat, a muscle contraction, an elegant kettlebell landing. The fast tempo includes dramatic deceleration moments, so the eye does not tire and the marketing message lands where it should.

Output arrives as a monthly package. I shoot one day per month in your studio or at the gym, and we produce 10-20 Reels from the same session.
