Do I need a photographer?
Not always. Most businesses can work from existing photos — the ones already on the site, on Facebook, on your phone — after light processing. A pro photographer becomes worth the spend for restaurants, hospitality, and retail, where the visual product is itself the buying decision.
Can the existing video work?
Yes. Most clients use existing footage — Instagram Reel, marketing video, even raw mobile shots edited to 30 seconds. The recommendation: vertical format (9:16), 30-60 seconds, real-place footage (not a slideshow).
What about negative customer photos?
