Slow WordPress site? We fix that in 1-2 weeks.
Slow sites lose traffic, conversions, and Google rankings. We diagnose exactly what is dragging your site down (it is usually 3-5 specific things), fix them, and hand you back a site that loads in under 2 seconds on 4G. With Core Web Vitals green.
Site speed is conversion - and most WordPress sites are leaving money on the table.
Every 1-second delay in load time costs roughly 7% of conversions on commerce sites. Google moved Core Web Vitals to be a ranking factor in 2021. Mobile users abandon sites that take longer than 3 seconds to load.
Despite all of this, the average WordPress site takes 6-9 seconds to load on 4G. The reasons are predictable: oversized images uploaded directly from phones, page builders that ship 500KB of JavaScript, plugins that load on every page even when not needed, and hosts that under-provision for the price.
Our speed optimization service systematically fixes the 5-7 issues that cause 80% of slow WordPress sites. Most clients see 2-4 second load time improvements and 20-50 point Lighthouse gains within 1-2 weeks of starting.

-
Core Web Vitals audit
LCP (Largest Contentful Paint), CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift), INP (Interaction to Next Paint) - we measure on real 4G connections, not synthetic lab tests.
-
Image optimization
Conversion to WebP/AVIF, lazy loading, responsive srcset, proper sizing - usually saves 30-60% of total page weight.
-
Caching configuration
Object cache (Redis or Memcached), page cache (WP Rocket or LiteSpeed), browser cache headers - all configured correctly, not just installed.
-
CDN setup
Cloudflare (free tier sufficient for most) or BunnyCDN. Static assets served from edge, page caching on edge where possible.
-
Plugin audit
Most slow WordPress sites have 3-5 plugins doing 80% of the damage. We identify them and recommend lean replacements or removal.
-
Critical CSS + JS deferral
Above-the-fold CSS inlined, non-critical JavaScript deferred. The visual shift on load disappears, content renders 2-3 seconds faster.
Frequently asked
How fast can my site really get?
Most WordPress sites can hit Lighthouse 90+ with proper optimization. The slowest sites we audit start at 20-40 and get to 80-95 with our fix package.
What is "Core Web Vitals"?
Google's measurement of perceived speed - LCP (how fast main content loads), CLS (how stable the layout is), INP (how fast the page responds to clicks). Green = good, yellow = needs improvement, red = poor. Google uses these as ranking signals.
Will my site stay fast after the fix?
For 6-12 months, yes - assuming you do not install new heavy plugins. After that, plugin updates and content drift can slow things back down. Our maintenance retainer (from ₪380/mo) includes monthly speed checks.
Do I need a CDN?
For sites with even moderate traffic, yes. Cloudflare's free tier is sufficient for most small-to-medium sites. We set it up as part of the fix package - no extra cost.
My host says my site is slow because of bad plugins. Is that true?
Sometimes. About 30% of slow WordPress sites are slow because of bad hosting; 70% are slow because of bloat in the WordPress install itself. We diagnose which is which - and recommend hosting migration only when needed.
Can you optimize Elementor or Divi sites?
Yes, but the upper bound is lower. Page builders ship with significant overhead. We can usually get an Elementor site from 30 to 70 on Lighthouse, but getting it to 90+ may require partial rebuild with native blocks.
