What if I do not have a site you built?
No problem - we onboard existing sites all the time. First month includes a comprehensive audit (security, performance, plugin baseline). After that we proactively fix issues, not just react.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
It depends on the plan: within 24 hours on BASIC, 12 hours on STANDARD and 4 hours on PREMIUM. Uptime is checked every minute on every plan, so we usually know about a problem before you do.
What do the monthly work hours cover?
Every plan includes a monthly bank of hours (1 on BASIC, 3 on STANDARD, 8 on PREMIUM) for small fixes and content changes: editing text, swapping images, adding a blog post, fixing a form that stopped working. Bigger work (new feature, full page redesign) gets quoted separately.
Do you guarantee no security breaches?
No serious agency does - that would be a lie. We guarantee proactive monitoring and a response time set by your plan (24, 12 or 4 hours). If a site we maintain is hacked, we restore it from a clean backup, find and close the entry point, and run a full scan at no extra charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, with no annual contract and no exit fee. We hand over all backups, credentials, and documentation. No vendor lock-in.
Are hosting and a CDN included?
Hosting is not included - you pay your hosting provider directly. A premium CDN is included on PREMIUM; on the lower plans it can be added for a small monthly fee.
