What does "small content updates" include?
Adding/editing pages, posts, products, images, menu items - the day-to-day site work. Bigger work (new feature, full page redesign) gets quoted separately.
Do you guarantee no security breaches?
No serious agency does - that would be a lie. We guarantee proactive monitoring, fast response (4-24 hours depending on tier), and full restore from clean backup if a breach happens. We have not lost a client site to a breach in over 5 years.
Can I cancel anytime?
