Kids education brand video that lights up parents and kids
Parents picking after-school programs, summer camps, or extracurriculars need to see two things: kids having genuine fun, and the institution being safe and professional. We have produced for music schools, gymnastics, language programs, art studios - we know how to capture both energies in one video.
Why a brand video matters for kids programs

How we produce a kids education brand video
- 1
Permissions first
Parental consent process for every kid on camera. We provide template forms. No shooting starts without signed consent.
- 2
Pre-production
Plan moments to capture - lessons, breaks, achievements, group dynamics. Script frames it as a "day in the life" or specific journey.
- 3
Shoot day
We blend in - small crew, kids forget cameras within 15 minutes. Multi-camera setup catches genuine reactions.
- 4
Edit & deliver
Bright, warm cut. Cheerful but not chaotic music. Subtle parent-facing text. 3 rounds of revisions.

FAQ - videos for kids education and after-school programs
Parental consent - do you handle it?
We provide the consent form template and an explanation letter for parents. You distribute and collect signed forms. We do not shoot any kid without written consent.
Can we shoot without showing kids' faces?
Yes - many programs prefer this. We use back-of-head, hand close-ups, ambient shots, and selective blurring. The video still feels alive.
What if kids freeze when the camera is on?
They always do for the first 10-15 minutes. Our crew sets up quietly and waits. By the second hour, kids are themselves. We always shoot for at least 3-4 hours to get genuine moments.
How long should the video be?
60-90 seconds for the main brand video. 15-30 seconds for paid social. Shorts (vertical) can be cut from the same shoot day at no extra cost.
